Throughout these Terms, the words "Frellio", "we", "us", and "our" refer to SIA CUBBLE, trading as Frellio.

Frellio operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, products, features, tools and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our Services to you. All purchases made through this website are contracts between you and SIA CUBBLE. Shopify acts solely as a technology service provider.

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other policies referenced on this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable Latvian, European Union or other mandatory consumer protection laws.

OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and colours accurately represent our products.

Because many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials, minor variations in colour, wood grain, texture, dimensions or finish are normal characteristics and do not constitute defects unless they materially differ from the agreed product specification.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or improve products at any time without prior notice.

Where applicable, products placed on the European Union market comply with relevant safety legislation and CE marking requirements.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

A purchase contract is formed only when:

we send you an order confirmation confirming acceptance of your order; or
we dispatch your order,

whichever occurs first.

An automated acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where objectively justified, including but not limited to:

obvious pricing or technical errors;
suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
inability to process payment;
product unavailability;
delivery restrictions or locations that cannot reasonably be serviced by our shipping partners.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, products are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Business customers may not benefit from certain consumer protection rights that apply exclusively to consumers under applicable law.

PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice, however such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

For customers outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers:

For consumers: upon physical delivery of the goods to you or a person designated by you.

For business customers: upon handover of the goods to the first carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, force majeure events, transportation disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership of the goods remains with SIA CUBBLE until full payment has been received.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SIA CUBBLE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services solely for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not own or control.

Such tools are provided on an "as available" basis.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or services except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Frellio is operated by SIA CUBBLE.

All sales contracts are concluded directly between you and SIA CUBBLE.

Shopify Inc. provides the technical infrastructure that powers our online store but is not a party to your purchase contract.

PRIVACY POLICY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas or other feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and display such Feedback for lawful business purposes.

You confirm that you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to submit such Feedback.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, product descriptions or other information published on the website.

Where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payments received.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

gross negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
mandatory product liability;
any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Where permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence shall be limited to foreseeable losses typically arising under the contract.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify SIA CUBBLE against losses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services.

This provision does not apply to normal consumer use.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies expressly referenced on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA CUBBLE regarding the use of our Services.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms where reasonably necessary, provided doing so does not reduce your statutory rights.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Consumer disputes shall be resolved before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.

For business customers, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights to seek legal remedies under applicable law.
