We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, regardless of order value.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, VAT or other local taxes outside the European Union (where applicable) are not included unless explicitly stated during checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Please note that tracking events may occasionally take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control customs processing times or fees.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:
- delivery may be delayed;
- additional carrier fees may apply;
- the shipment may be returned to us.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Damaged Parcels
Although every order is carefully packaged, shipping damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Take clear photographs of:
- the shipping box,
- any visible damage,
- the shipping label,
- the product and affected parts.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide the fastest possible resolution.
Failure to report visible transport damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to submit a successful claim with the carrier.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
